 | | The scope of the game is huge, encompassing such events as the landing of the first European in the New World, exploration of the vast expanses of America, development of colonies, and the formation of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America among others. Experience the rise and fall of the Mayan and Incan empires, numerous colonial wars, and the Revolutionary War.
Game Features
- The game will feature dynamic and engrossing real-time game play. Unlike other RTS games, players will be able to stage huge battles and realize all their strategic and tactical ideas.
- Though standard RTS conventions such as resource gathering and building will be used, a larger emphasis will be placed on diplomacy and combat, especially combat of a tactical variety.
- Players will still be able to build buildings, but whereas barracks, towers, walls, etc. are usually built separately, players will be able to construct large forts and fortresses and will be able to garrison troops inside for defense.
- The game will feature 12 different European and Native American nations, immense game maps, a rich game world with flora and fauna, a variety of landscapes, and battles with up to 16,000 units! An entertaining single player game, multiplayer support, and more await players of American Conquest.
