 | | Comanche series is based on the US Army's new helicopter, Boeing Sikorskys RAH-66.
Comanche 4 is the fourth edition of a series from Nova Logic, which has sold over 2 million units worldwide. The game gives you the feel of the excitement and danger as real Commanche pilots experience. RAH-66 is one of the most flexible and feared weapons in the US Army with the capacity both to attack and defend.
All helicopter's features are put to the test when you are relieved. You get to fly in detailed and varying environments such as tropical islands, desert and jungle. In addition to the detailed environments are helicopters effect on the surrounding nature extremely realistic. When you land you will see how the sand swirls up, the grass bends, or water ripples up.
The game offers more than just great graphics. As a pilot you get access to a virtual 3D cockpit and sophisticated weapons as a 20 mm cannon, 70 mm rockets, heat-seeking Stingers and reads guided AGM-114 Hellfire missiles. In Commanche 4 applies not only to defuse the military objects in the air and on land, but also to avoid being hit by defensive combat troops equipped with rockets and other aircraft.
Comanche 4 is the absolute most advanced helicopter/war simulation game for the PC that has ever been produced.
