| | In the Medal of Honor Allied Assault from Electronic Arts, the player assumes the role of
Lieutenant Mike Powell, member of the legendary 1st Ranger Battalion, which remains
recruited by the military intelligence service, and must fight through more than
20 levels, based on military campaigners from World War II. Medal of Honor
Allied Assault continues the game features that made the Medal of Honor one of the
the best-selling game in 1999, adding new weapons and interactive allies
vessels like M3 and Sherman tanks, and more AI at the enemy. Players are sent out
on a series of missions not only taking the player to Germany and France,
but also the North African desert and the Norwegian mountains where must
u-boats are sabotaged. Medal of Honor Allied Assault is playing under the most
demanding year of the war, 1942-1945, giving the player an idea of what to do with it
required to survive the landing in Normandy, attacked by Arzew, a meeting with
resistance movement outside the city Lo, and the attack on the highly defended
bridge at Remagen.
